Heritage on Wheels Train
In the wake of the global success of the
Palace on Wheels, the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation and the
Indian Railways have come with a new venture- the Heritage on Wheels. The
luxury train takes you to the Bikaner and the Shekhawati regions of the
state of Rajasthan. These two regions have witnessed the birth and the
development of the heritage of Rajasthan. Also known as the 'Open-Air Art
Gallery of Rajasthan, the Shekhawati region is privileged to have got the
most number of high quality frescoes. To see and experience are hordes of
attractions including the much popular palaces and havelis (grand
mansions).

Services & Amenities
The services and amenities offered by the Heritage on Wheels include wash
rooms, twin beds, plush tapestries, linen, mini bars, hair dryers, tea
service, kitchen, service cars, restaurants etc. There are 14 coaches
including one restaurant and a bar lounge.

The Heritage on Wheels departs every Tuesday and Friday from Jaipur,
finally coming back to the city on every Friday and Monday morning
respectively.
